Fot'Te Solutions LLC (“Fot'Te,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software products including the Pride Protocols EMS mobile application (the “App”) and the website at www.fottesolutions.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across both the App and the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information (App): If you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address for authentication and account security.
User-Generated Content (App): If you submit suggestions/feedback, we store that content and your UID/email to route it to the appropriate admin.
Diagnostics & Logs (App): We may process crash logs, performance metrics, and technical identifiers via Firebase Crashlytics to improve reliability.
App Usage Data (App): We may use Firebase Analytics in the future to understand feature usage. Only non-sensitive usage events are collected.
Website Usage (Site): Our Site may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps). We do not use cookies or tracking unless explicitly stated here.
No Patient PHI Stored: Some App tools/forms may allow you to enter patient information to generate a PDF for local saving/printing. We do not upload, transmit, or store that PHI. You are responsible for handling any generated files.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide, operate, and secure the App and Site.
Authenticate accounts and enforce access controls.
Process and respond to support requests and suggestions.
Improve stability, performance, and safety.
Analyze feature usage and make product improvements (analytics, if enabled).
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers to operate the App and Site:

Firebase Authentication — account sign-in.
Firebase Firestore — account data, app content, and suggestions.
Firebase Crashlytics — crash/error reporting.
Firebase Analytics (future) — usage statistics.

Data may be processed in the United States or other regions where Firebase operates.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

4. PHI & Field Forms (Important)

If you enter patient health information (PHI) in a tool to generate a PDF:

That file is created locally on your device.
We never upload, transmit, or store PHI.
You (and your agency) are solely responsible for securing, sharing, or deleting any such files.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share personal information except:

With service providers listed above (acting on our behalf).
As required by law or legal process.
To protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.

6. Security

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
Access is limited to authorized personnel.
No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.

7. Data Retention

Account and feedback data are retained as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Locally generated PDFs remain entirely under your control.

8. Your Choices & Rights

Access/Deletion: You may request access to or deletion of your account by emailing contact@fottesolutions.com.
Data Deletion Requests: In addition to full account deletion, you may also request deletion of specific data associated with your account, such as feedback you have submitted, messages, or other content tied to your user ID. Please email contact@fottesolutions.com with your request, and we will process it promptly in accordance with applicable laws.
Opt-Out: If analytics is enabled in the future, you may request to opt out where technically supported.
Email Communications: You may unsubscribe using options in our messages.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are for professional EMS use and not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International Users

We operate from Guam, USA. By using the App or Site, you understand data may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

11. GDPR/CCPA Disclosures

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or California, you may have additional rights:

The right to access, correct, or delete your data.
The right to restrict or object to processing.
The right to data portability.
We do not sell personal information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” If changes are material, we will provide additional notice in-app or by email.
